Land Clearing

This is for the landowner who has some property that simply needs the area cleared. We also will work with timber companies to get the trees off your property (and, depending on size and quantity of trees, get you some money back), remove the stumps, and clear the portion of the property requested.

Site Preparation

Site Preparation includes all aspects of getting your site "build ready", including basic excavation, site clearing, earth moving, utility activities, and environmental issues. We have the experience of working with local municipalities and engineers in the Greater Puget Sound region and can help you in every phase of preparing your site for a build out.

Retaining Walls

Whether you are simply building a short 3' retaining wall, or a retaining wall with steps, or a larger retaining wall that requires engineering, we have the experience and know-how to accomplish your goals.

Foundation Excavation

After your site preparation is complete, we can also provide the Foundation Excavation service. Rely on our experience of getting the job done right. There are many variables to take into consideration when digging a foundation hole and you will want to make sure it is done correctly and accurately. It's important to work with the right equipment, understanding your blue prints, elevations, and your foundation sub-contractor.

Back Flow Preventers

In areas that are prone to flood, all buildings should be equipped with a back flow preventer valve. When the streets flood and the water enters the sewer system and if your sewer is higher than a building nearby, it will just flow back to any pipe that is lower than the water level usually making its way out the toilets and shower drains unless there is something to stop the pressure. The pea-traps in homes and buildings are not enough to handle this volume, so your investment could end up saving tens of thousands in remodel costs. Also, in the event of a flood, sand bags wont stop the sewer from flowing your building or house.
